Interactive Foundry is a Swiss studio that builds AI-driven decision tools for energy and labor markets, then operates them as products.
What we do
The studio model.
We identify decision problems in energy and labor markets where the existing tooling is generic, slow, or wrong. We build software that produces better decisions, grounded in physics, market data, and real-world constraints.
We do not stop at prototypes. We ship, we operate, and we iterate. Each product is the studio's own vehicle for solving one class of problem. Customers buy outcomes, not consulting hours.
Interactive Foundry is a Swiss AG, registered in the Canton of Schwyz, founded by two operators with a track record of building, scaling, and shipping software at production scale.

Hour-by-hour solar and battery modeling, multi-decade CAPEX and cashflow for fleet electrification, and depot-level energy economics. Used by logistics operators and industrial energy buyers where rule-of-thumb estimates miss the real economics.
FindMyJobs
Closed betaAI-driven job discovery and matching for the Swiss labor market. Built around how candidates actually search, not around legacy applicant-tracking taxonomies.
How we work
Four operating principles.

- A production-grade industrial energy simulator delivered to a Romanian manufacturing client in six weeks. Working software beats slide decks every time.
- Independence
- Self-funded. Independent shareholders. No vendor partnerships that compromise objectivity in customer work.
- Depth
- Physics-grounded models, not statistical hand-waving. Multi-decade cashflow simulation, not yearly averages. Decisions that hold up under scrutiny.
- Operator mindset
- Before founding Interactive Foundry, our team built and shipped products at Google, SMG Swiss Marketplace Group, AXA, Zurich Insurance, and the International Finance Corporation. We do not theorise about scale; we have run it.

Victor Sanjuán
Co-founder and CEO
Former Director of Strategy and Operations at SMG Swiss Marketplace Group (AutoScout24, Homegate, Ricardo), where he helped deliver the CHF 5B IPO in 2025 and a 3x EBITDA improvement. Previously Chief Operating Officer at CAR FOR YOU, the AXA and TX Group automotive joint venture, scaling it to 37% market share. Built digital ventures at Zurich Insurance and worked on private equity infrastructure projects for the International Finance Corporation.
János “Johnny” Lévai
Co-founder and CTO
Eleven years at Google Zurich, most recently as Tech Lead Manager and Staff Engineer across YouTube, Google Calendar, and Flights. Founded and led Google's EV charging project inside Area 120, the company's internal incubator; later integrated into Google Maps. Founded JustShipIt GmbH in 2023 to build SuperElectric and adjacent decision tools.
